Android TV version installed on Fire Stick TV

I added external USB hard drive to my "Fire Stick TV 4K" to expand the memory to be able to cache popcorn contents to that external memory instead of the internal memory which is only 5 GB which is not enough to stream a movie in 4K.
Popcoen app is installed on the external space but still caching to the internal space.
And in Popcorn app settings, nothing happens when I click on "Storage location" !!! I need to be able to change that to use the external USB storage for caching instead. Please fix
