idea: right click on an open window entry in launcher to see window controls

It'd be nice if right clicking an entry for an open window in the launcher could show the same window controls you'd see when right-clicking on the titlebar when an app uses SSDs.
I'm evaluating whether I should try to use just a single panel on top and no dock, and I prefer to close applications without having to focus them sometimes.
