[Bug]: Ponder synced the log, but didn't listen to the event at realtime;

description
The realtime synced the event log but didn't respond to the event listener; However, after I removed the ponder_cache.db and ponder.db and restarted the ponder server, the event would be correctly listened by historical indexing event listener.
an event OptionPositionOpenedV2 ↓ need to be listened at block 29582659 is synced in realtime, but it didn't be indexed.
sorry, I havn't upgrade the ponder to the latest version. let me try it first.
