Change picture on article owned by yourself

If a user forgets to add picture of a bottle when creating a new whisky, add feature to enable adding picture afterwards, only on users own entries.

In future, look into having more pictures on one article for example. But thats a later issue.

This is probably useful, but it begs the question what else the user needs to be able to edit. Maybe it is better to allow the user to delete their check-ins? Then they can delete it if they want to redo it.
