buffs properties

properties are not deleted from the character after the server restart.
We start the server and we can’t make ourselves a buff, since properties are present
Can you be more specific? Which properties? This info will help me find the issue.

BlessMod/StrengthMod/AgilityMod - and etc.
#TimerControlPID - also appears in all of this.
The bless buff will survive a logoff. When the character logs on again, the buff will time-out normally.
