Good day,
your withdrawal screen does not allow me to enter a wallet address. There is already a wallet address and it will not let me change it.
Please assist

Here is the screenshot.
As you can see, it does not allow me to enter a wallet address, it only
lets me submit a withdrawal. I definitely do not want to lose my DOT

I didn't see any picture in your relay message. Try replaying on github website, not in email.
This is the Tx confirm page, you can select transfer destination on previous page, just upon the amount input field.
Can you walk me through it because this is all I see
When I click transfer, the screenshot I first sent you shows up
When you click transfer, it should take you to the transfer page, where you can select target and input transfer amount:
