dex completion rewards

I feel like there is no reward for dex completion, and it feels very off, and demotivating.

I want a reward for dex completion, 1 of each mon gives u like 1m or 500k or something pc, and a badge, and then at 10 of each like 2-10m pc or something, and so on and so forth. pokemons slogan is to catch them all, and i feel like it just doesnt make sense to catch them all and get no reward.
