IMPORTANT: Update to v0.2.4 for new hosted signaling server URL

Following https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=33755651, we were forced to move from Heroku to Railway for the hosted signaling server that is being used by default. Please update weron to at least version v0.2.4 to use the new signaling server URL.
Closing this since its been quite a few months since this change and affected versions of weron are no longer supported anyways.
