Add sort filters (including "hide completed") to the Playlist screen

This feature was requested by Dave Jackson from School of Podcasting. Currently the playlist screen will simply render playlist items in the order that they were added to the playlist, but it would be nice to support other sorting options, like on the Episodes screen, and most importantly including a "hide completed" filter.
