Problem is that text and checkbox are not same level

To Reproduce

1. Open https://podkrepi.bg/en/campaigns/new-chance-for-reni
2. Click button Subscribe for email notifications for the campaign
3. Click on button the On another one
4. Check position of checkbox
5. Expected level of the text and checkbox to be on same level

Expected Behavior

Expected checkbox to be in the middle on same level of the text.
