Hide Read More / Read Less button on Campaign News section in cases it is not necessary

Describe the Bug
When the text for the news is short and the user clicks on 'Read more / Read less' button nothing happens since there is not more text to be expanded:
To Reproduce
- Go to https://podkrepi.bg/campaigns/help-itzeto-to-live.
- Scroll down to News section.
- Click on 'Read more / Read less' button below the news.
Expected Behavior
The button should be removed for less text that does not overflow the visible area.
