Trying that version but the Run button is not doing anything, or at least that seems to be the case, additionally no button to sign-in within the Connection section either, any ideas?
Please share if onprem/spo and what auth method you are using. Also, did it work with previous versions?
Trying to connect to a site in SharePoint Server 2016, Yes I used the tool in the past maybe couplke of years ago...
And yesterday had a call with a Customer they are having issues with Search and understanding why keywords are not working as they expect, I suggested the tool and when demo’ing the Run button didn’t do anything... what are the pre-requisites or dependencias?

I don't see the sign-in button to try to authenticate
Am I supposed to see the sign-in button just after loading the client?
That depends on the auth method. It shows when it should show and we need to fetch an access token to be used. For other scenarios, enter something in the search text field and hit run.
