Test numerical values returned by momentum balance model

Write integration test in the spirit of #918 for porepy.models.momentum_balance.
The test should include contact mechanics. This means that the mdg should contain a fracture subdomain. @IvarStefansson: Would a 2x2 grid with a single horizontal fracture work for this case?
