libpmempool needs checks and tests for `PMEMPOOL_POOL_TYPE_RESERVED*` values

Rationale
Having a nice simple check for this kind of value and a clear message will surely keep users informed in the clearest way possible that some values have been deprecated and decommissioned.
Implementation
Maybe libpmempool_api/TEST8 could be reused for this purpose:
