Allow the user to choose, for one entry, between EPUB and HTML versions

Most likely, some entries will not be downloaded (or exported by the server) properly as EPUB.
=> We should allow the user to read the HTML version: in some situations, it might be better than an invalid or empty EPUB.

Suggestion:

  • Open a context menu when long-touching an entry, as proposed by #21
  • Have two "Read the EPUB" and "Read the HTML" items in this menu
