Why use Neptune C++ Runtime?
Too reduce the size, I want to compile Platinum with clang C++ Runtime, is it ok?
Neptune provides more than just a C++ Runtime. It provides a cross platform set of utilities (threads, mutexes, queues, strings, buffers, etc..)
