[Feature] Automatic upload/download to/from network folder

Description of the feature you are requesting:
Allow specification of working folders like roadmap suggests but specific allow network folders + watching lists of folders for new files and then putting a set file TXT/SRT to those folders or an output folder automatically, could technically be a local folder that is then mapped. Automatic transcription of files found in folders or optionally subfolders without transcriptions.
