[Feature] Timestamps for audio files

Description of the feature you are requesting:
We transcript a lot of interviews and meetings with outside partners and it's hard to follow when we get a brut text file.

Timestamps like in the subtitiles section but in the txt file

Hi, I think that it would be better for you to just download the SRT or VTT file format and read it as a normal txt file with your preferred text editor, since these formats already come with the timestamp and are plain-text.
The txt file is meant to just contain a dump of all the transcription, without any timestamps.
