Security warnings blocking download

I'm unable to download Falcon, either from GitHub or from plotly's site. Each browser throws a security warning and deletes the downloaded file.
Using win10 professional, tried on latest Chrome, FF Developer Edition, and Edge

Hm, that's troubling. I'll try upgrading Electron to see if that fixes things in the next build.
quick update: just downloaded win-falcon-v4.0.0 in Chrome w/o incident, so looks like maybe this was a fluke
i'll leave this open in case it strikes again (of course close if you want)
