Develop software interface

I have identified the following languages to develop the interface in. For tech stacks I don't really want to get into one so we will be using CLI for development.
The possible languages are:
- C#
- Lua or Luau
- Python
I will be to triage the above languages with information with team experience and knowledge so expect a conclusion soon.
