import of TaxPub 1.0 to PMC

@tcatapano do we need to tell PMC that you created a taxpub v1.0, or does it not matter in the export of Zookeys, and Phytokeys taxpub?
for exporting/generating it does not matter ... however I am not sure when it comes to submitting XMLs to PMC which are using taxpub v1.0.
