Clickhouse version 23.3 no longer supported

The Clickhouse server version used in docker-compose.yml is no longer supported. The Clickhouse versioning policy only supports LTS versions for a period of 12 months.

Are newer versions of Clickhouse compatible with Plausible v2.0.0?

PS: Is there a reason why docker-compose.yml is using a specific version of Clickhouse (23.3.7.5) instead of a branch tag like 23.3?

They should be, I tried 24.3 recently.

Plausible Cloud is using 23.3.7.5, that's the only reason :)

Plausible Cloud just started using 24.3.3.102 and I updated the pre-release v2.1.0 Docker Compose config: ea233ce
