Package name for maven

The package name 'mvn' is definitely wrong.
Debian has maven2, and maven in wheezy (which is maven3)
Ubuntu has maven2, and maven in precise (which is maven3)
We need to (1) check that it works with maven 2 and 3 and then figure out how to install maven intelligently.
