qgiscommons2.network.networkaccessmanager dependency error

I've tried installing the qgis-what3words-plugin master (v1.3) to QGIS 2.18.15 and get the error:

_Couldn't load plugin what3words due to an error when calling its classFactory() method

ImportError: No module named qgiscommons2.network.networkaccessmanager_

There seems to be a dependency to an external library in the latest version of the plugin?

I've tried installing in older versions of QGIS and get the same error. V1.2 of the plugin works fine.
