Feature: Automatic retries

It would be great if you supported automatic retries when requests fail, like stripe-ruby does
Closing this issue because v14 of the library is a total rewrite and I'm not sure whether this applies there. If it does still apply to v14, please feel free to reopen.
As far as I can tell, this gem is still based on Faraday, and nothing has been improved as far as auto-retries go. However, Faraday should make it relatively easy to enable this, should your team want to.
