can't unloade photo

I've run the program on anaconda .It can recognize my face，however,once I uploaded the photo,the python app/puppeteer.py
window stucked. My GPU is RTX3060. Can anybody offer me help？

I don't know how to help. The best way forward would be to try running the code on a different machine and see how it differs from your machine.
If you know how to code, you can try inserting print statements to see where the program becomes stuck.
