Switch from Qt to Fox Toolkit

Look into switching Wombat Mail Viewer from Qt to Fox Toolkit as well as am doing with Wombat Registry.
working on getting the implementation in qt back to where it was in fox. currently working on pst selected sub folder for a pst mailbox file and populating the msg list in the table.
pst is working. need to implement tagging and reporting next. then the switch will be complete and i can then implement msg and mbox.
