Implement Header/Body viewers

Modify so the header is in one box and the body is in another which can display html, while the headers just display text
working on figuring out how to distinguish between the header and the body, since just a \n doesn't do it for all mbox's, sometimes there is a \n\n between message header items.
The \n is spec, that particular email is broken and doesn't have one of the headers i was looking for. need to switch the header and body back to 2 different viewers.
this was a enhancement for when it was qt, this is irrelevant now for fox toolkit.
