Installing BioLib/HPC

Compiling BioLib/HPC

To compile BioLib, in addition to the standard gcc GNU software stack, a recent edition of the D compiler is needed:

DMD32 D Compiler v2.053

After D installation, try the 'integration' build and test script (which also needs rake):

./test_build.sh

Platforms

BioLib is developed and tested on OSX, Microsoft Windows and Debian Linux.

BioLib source code is published under the most liberal open source BSD License - see the LICENSE file in the source tree.
