Support listing/purchasing built-in store items

Maybe just integrated with hrpg reward but showing their price/comments, maybe using hrpg + "unique reward slug" to purchase them? Or hrpg buy to distinguish.

I think I like hrpg buy better, simply because (at least in my mind) rewards are pretty different from everything else. It also means that hrpg buy without any arguments can provide a list of items available.

I'm not sure if the upstream API actually supports item purchases yet. I seem to recall it being on a TODO list somewhere. Plus I'm pretty sure only user-set rewards come back via the API, so buying weapons and armour may be tricky (you can check what comes back with hrpg dump, which pretty much gives you everything).

@lefnire? Store API? :)
