Create sponsor/support page + donation links

I've just started a new branch support-page that has my initial verbiage and layout for a donations page for the community. As always, I'm happy to hear any thoughts or feedback! I'm still working on the actual donation links and text for that part of the page.
This is live now.
One further problem is that the Amazon affiliate link is apparently localized by account. So we need to find a way to serve the correct affiliate link by country (amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, etc...).
Apparently you need to sign up for each country you want to use an affiliate code in separately(!!!):
You should make sure that you can get income from places like amazon.co.uk. I was researching this a bit and it looks like you may need to be operating a business in the country in order to get revenue. That'd be nice, but sounds like more hassle than it is worth.
