Feature: Add an option to ignore files which match the requested file extensions to not be generated in the manifest

At the moment, there is no option to ignore some files to not be generated by the manifest.
In our case, we have .atlas files that we would not want them to be loaded by Assets.loadBundle.
I have a pr coming for you to check out my solution :)
