This doesn't work on my sk61, Linux mint

It can't find my keyboard for some reason...
It basically displays nothing on the terminal.
And I also tried to type map and click enter but then it says "No devices are connected!", so that's probably more obvious that the program couldn't find my keyboard.
I need help with it
