A message box showed that:
Could not connect to device. Make sure you trusted this computer on your device.
Computer: OSX Catalina
Phone: iOS 10.2
further more, I've trusted the computer, no luck anyway
Same issue here. MacOS 10.15.3 as well as 10.13.6 with an iPhone 4S on iOS 8.4.1
