[Bug] Remote avatars not pulling from Misskey instances

I've noticed that while following Mastodon and Pixelfed users works as expected, when following a user on a Misskey instance their avatar is not pulled properly. A good example is my misskey profile at @casuallynoted@social.casually.cat.
