Postfix rejects mail when clamd is not available

fortunatly, this happens only sometimes, might be related to a download mirror outage of the online signature files.
moving back to backlog until it happens again.
The Pixelated team is stopping active development for this project. We hope that it will be picked up in the future though but for now it doesn't ake sense to keep this issue open.
