[bug] behave-testuser fails to login in live ft

The behave test user, that is created and deleted at each run of the functional test cannot login.

Could be related to the deleting issue #37 and #36

to qa: disable cronjob.
then run the tests
after the tests are run, you should be able to login as behave-testuser
but you should only see the welcome mail. no other mails from the previous tests.
