Pixelated should be deployable without organization mode

We ran into an issue in the dev environment that prevented us from deploying. It was trying to install the dispatcher unsuccessfully. We could have a specific tag to install the dispatcher that we could remove on dev (and for anyone that only wants the activist mode) to have the pixelated provider installed without dispatcher.
@varac @cz8s does this makes sense?

This translates well to the "no-dispatcher" environment. Do we want to support the installation of the pixelated provider without the hosted user-agent? (For people that don't want to enable the organization mode)
I don't know what would be the difference to a LEAP provider then. Maybe this is only a matter of documentation then ?
As now bitmask has the possibility to use the pixelated interface, I'm closing this issue. :)
