Why

Contributors should know if the code is working or not before they start working on it.

I can see the dispatcher build pipeline without being logged in

Definition of Done

We also have the dispatcher pipeline on Snap.
Snap Pipeline triggers a dispatcher-packaging pipeline on GoCi.
The old dispatcher pipeline is removed from GoCi.

not yet, we don't trigger the package step on Go

Sorry I wasn't clear that I just updated the Definition of Done.

It should be done now. Due to some recurring issues when installing scrypt on our Go agents, we still have the dispatcher pipeline on our Go Ci until it is green again.
Once green, we should remove the pipeline on Go Ci.
