Blendshapes does not quite work on head with 50+ shapekeys

I am testing some face animation GLTF, but not getting animation from blendshapes:
HeadAnim.zip

Simple animation does not work either:
simpleanim.zip

Will Clay-Viewer support animation like shapekeys?
