How to install FastReport Tools extension on Visual studio, Cannot find it in Visual studio marketplace.

Hi, you can download and run FastReport.Tools.vsix from FastReportTools/FastReport.Tools/bin/Release/ for now,
I haven't published it to marketplace yet.
