Introduce ability to adjust settings

Settings that someone might want to adjust include:
- Analytics on / off
- Infinite scroll on / off
- Greyscale on / off
Could move menu icon to upper right and put these w/in cog icon. Or just have this within menu as well?
Will have to set cookies for these so will need to adjust the Privacy policy recommendation
Should also add capability to enable / disable each of these w/in the theme Customizer.
Could just add a “Display preferences” or “Preferences” page. Could create a new shortcode for this so that the editor can tweak it accordingly.
