Private post considerations

• Do they show up in Browse feed? No. They don’t show up for logged-out viewers (good), and they don’t show up for logged-in viewers (not so good).
• Do they show up in pagination links? Yes, only if you are logged in.
• If cached, would they be publicly-viewable?
• Different way of “signposting” a private post? Maybe it could be in/near date as opposed to default (“Private: Post title”)
