Pinokio app won't open without an internet connection

usually you should still be able to run your locally installed apps without being connected to the internet. For me it shows a white screen. in earlier versions i remember a time where i could still access my home, but when trying to go to "discover" it did not work, which should happen anyway. Anyway to fix this?
