Even better, if there are some aspects to be parallelized with this ticket, please break it down and then others can take them in parallel.
CLIP - multi-categorical embeddings, combinatorial and negative prompting. Need to ensure the representation of sequences and celltype (or peak accessibility) is similar in the embedding space.
