CI job with minimal dependencies is failing

There's a CI job that makes sure that vdirsyncer still works with the minimal supported version of each dependency.

It is now failing.

Apparently, these old versions don't work with the latest Python (which is what our CI setup uses). Maybe using an older Alpine image (which will have an older Python major version) would work.
