Treat Shift+Scroll (with wheel mouse) as horizontal scrollng

Shift+scroll with wheel mouse scrolls horizontally in many apps.
However Scroll Reverser treats this as vertical scrolling for the purposes of reversing.
Should it treat it as horizontal? I'm not sure.
