suddenly reverse jumping when fast scrolling under 10.10.3

scroll with my trackpad, when I scroll fast and the scrolling bar reaches the edge of the screen, there is a small probability that the scrolling bar jumps to the other direction suddenly.
That bothers me often. Now I have to disable Scroll-Reverser when I use trackpad and then turn it on when I use mouse.
The system version is 10.10.3.
Are you still getting this problem?
