ESP's won't load

I hope I'm posting this in the right place, I made a GitHub account just to ask for help here.

For the past 4 days I've been scratching my head wondering why vortex is no longer working correctly.

I have new Vegas and it's mod staging folder on an SD card, last week I had the game running modded on my steam deck flawlessly, recently I've changed my mod list on my PC and decided to transfer via SSD my entire mod staging folder. Ever since doing so a large proportion of my ESP's no longer are being loaded. I've redownload and purged and deployed at least 2 dozen times now and I am at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also weirdly my post deploy keeps saying No such file or directory, and Run/media/mmcblk0p1 Permission Denied, I don't know if this has any correlation but i figured the more helpful info I can present the better.
