[Feature]: Variable Text Color Using Templates

The Request

I'd like to be able to change the text color of chips when using templates.

More Detail / Why I want this

I use template chips to control an input_select variable, which through an automation referencing that variable, activates various scenes around my home.
I would use this feature to highlight not only the icon of the active scene, but also the text of that scene.

Proposed Solution

A configuration variable of text_color with the same flexibility as icon_color or badge_color feels like a good solution.
